Chase Kobilca

Chase Kobilca, VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Narrate Holdings, focuses on facilitating new deal flow through broker and investor relationships, as well as establishing private equity partner relations. While keeping the acquisition pipeline full internally, Chase also seeks JV and Co-GP opportunities with select partners. Additional responsibilities include overseeing and positioning current assets under management to operate more efficiently through strategic planning.  Chase has overseen over $100 million in projects and asset transactions. 

Chase Kobilca has been a licensed broker at Capital Property Group for over six years. Working at several firms prior to joining Narrate in 2024, Chase specialized in multifamily investments, particularly in Colorado Springs and the Denver Metro. Chase started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker and later joined Marcus & Millichap in the Oakbrook, Illinois office where he specialized in Triple Net Industrial Sales across the United States. In 2021, Chase moved to Denver and joined DRGinvest/Capital Property Group, and later NorthPeak Commercial Advisors.

Outside of work Chase enjoys playing golf, skiing, camping, weightlifting, and playing guitar.
