My name is Grant Thompson and my clients call me a customer-centric Real Estate Advisor. With a business degree from the University of Iowa, I embarked on my sales journey in the family RV business before transitioning to real estate in Breckenridge. During my tenure in Summit County, I ventured into real estate investment with my first short-term rental property and provided guidance to investors and second home owners.

In 2020, I relocated to Denver to further my career with Colorado's largest real estate team. During my first two years in Denver, I facilitated transactions for 50 families and investors while also spearheading a team of 23 agents.

Today, I am dedicated to expanding my expertise in commercial real estate investing while continuing to assist clients in residential real estate transactions. Sharing insights on wealth creation through real estate remains my true passion
